Unit of Measurement Management

Objective

The Unit of Measurement Management option enables procurement teams to maintain the unit of measurement repository used to describe items and transactions.

maestro* > Purchasing > Maintenance > Catalogue > Unit of Measurement Management (Web)

 

Creating a Unit of Measurement

1. Click on the New icon and enter the required information:

Field	Description
Code	Code that identifies the unit of measurement.
Description	English description that identifies the unit of measurement.
French Description	French description that identifies the unit of measurement.
Unit of Measurement	Allows the selection of a unit of measurement in the list.
Abbreviation	Contains the abbreviation of the unit of measurerement.

2. Click on Save.
